Within Germany:
– Flat shipping rate: €4.95
– Free shipping on orders over €39.00

Within the EU:
– Flat shipping rate: €9.95

Shipping Providers

We ship via DHL and Hermes. Deliveries to packing stations are possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–4 business days, EU-wide 4–8 business days. For advance payment, we ship after receipt of payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

Damage in Transit

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person immediately and contact us promptly at support@eichenkraftshop.com.
